Job Title: Sr Salesforce System Admin/Analyst
Location: Reston VA(100% Remote)

Job Summary
Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce System Admin/Analyst to support its highly skilled and agile Corporate Systems Team. This individual will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting over 1,700 Salesforce users, helping manage and optimize a highly customized Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud environment. The ideal candidate brings advanced Salesforce administrative and analytical expertise, particularly with Agent Force (Salesforce AI), and is capable of performing declarative configurations while bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.
This role is ideal for candidates with a hybrid background in both Salesforce administration and business analysis, especially those who can function as a near-engineer, without writing code, using high-level declarative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key system admin and analyst across the CRM and Event Management platforms powered by Salesforce.
- Triage and resolve end-user issues; manage and respond to a high-volume user support case queue for 1,700+ Salesforce users.
- Perform declarative system configurations within Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud to improve functionality and user experience.
- Lead and participate in UAT sessions, functional demos, and onboarding & training for user groups.
- Facilitate Agile team ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Maintain backlog management and agile metrics reporting for leadership visibility.
- Support the implementation of Agent Force capabilities and features, leveraging its AI functionality to improve process efficiency.
- Build and maintain documentation including business process flows, system artifacts, and change logs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful end-user adoption through communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and improve transparency of release vision.
- Promote Agile best practices across the product and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud administration experience.
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with users and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of declarative tools and platform configuration in Salesforce.
- Experience supporting highly customized Salesforce environments, including hands-on experience with Agent Force.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Agile tooling such as JIRA.
- Proven ability to manage team backlogs, metrics, dependencies, and end-to-end project visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
- Experience leading Agile scrum teams on integrated enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive team success through leadership and structured Agile process management
