Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA)x2 to act as the bridge between business and technology teams for the Leak Smarter initiative. This role will lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for developers and data teams. Unlike a Data Analyst who is hands-on with numbers and reporting, the BA focuses on connecting business objectives with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead conversations with business teams to clarify objectives and priorities for Leak Smarter use cases.
• Requirements Translation: Convert business needs into detailed technical and data requirements for development and analytics teams.
• Documentation: Create clear requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Communication: Ensure proactive updates and transparency between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to understand data flows and dashboards.
• Knowledge of project management tools and collaboration practices.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and understanding of regulatory or operational nuances.
• Exposure to data analytics or data engineering concepts.
