Title: Cybersecurity Business Analyst
Location: REMOTE

Job Description:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst with experience in the Oil & Gas sector to support cybersecurity initiatives across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. The role involves analyzing cybersecurity risks, aligning business and security requirements, and supporting the development of secure digital infrastructures in compliance with industry regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks .
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas sector operations (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
- Experience working in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or OT cybersecurity is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid IT/OT security environment.
