Position: Senior Python Engineer (Remote)
Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join a pioneering team at a cutting-edge AI company transforming the way customer service agents are coached and supported. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and is passionate about building intelligent systems that enhance human performance.
What You'll Do
- Architect and develop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
- Contribute to infrastructure planning and ensure system resilience and uptime.
- Engage in peer code reviews and participate in shaping technical direction.
- Build AI-powered features and integrate with third-party platforms and APIs.
- Develop and maintain pipelines to evaluate and monitor AI model performance.
- Enhance user experience through thoughtful frontend improvements and feedback loops.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in:
- Python with Django and Celery for backend development.
- HTML, HTMX, TailwindCSS, and vanilla JavaScript for frontend work.
- Infrastructure automation and configuration using Ansible or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as DSPy, Braintrust, or LangChain.
- Experience designing and maintaining AI evaluation workflows.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, and scaling strategies.
