Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements
  • Partner with the businesses to translate business requirements into solutions
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Defines the initiative per the business need and creates momentum and support to drive forward, while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Focus on both *** business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives.
  • Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and Support Users during critical activities such as UAT, month end closure, etc.
  • Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Support the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others
  • Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Experience and strong process knowledge in at least one of the following businesses/ functional areas: Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash.
  • Technology Experience with at least one of the related System: Salesforce Field
  • Service/CRM, SAP CPQ (Callidus), Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce
  • Technology Experience with at least one of the related System: Salesforce Field Service/CRM, SAP CPQ (Callidus), Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce
  • Execution of Projects in a SAFe Agile Framework.
