Job Title: VBA Macros expert

Location: Phoenix, AZ or NY (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including VBA macro programming and automation.
  • Proven ability to manage large Excel workbooks (hundreds of thousands of rows, complex formulas, or multiple data tabs).
  • Deep understanding of Excel performance tuning (calculation optimization, memory handling, and load management).
  • Experience with SharePoint-hosted Excel files, including version control, permissions, and co-authoring limitations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multi-user update conflicts and SharePoint sync issues.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, workflow automation, and business reporting.
  • Experience working with Power Query, Power Pivot, or Power Automate is a plus.

Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
