Salary: $72,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client in the capital markets industry is looking to have a Product Server Admin join their Chicago team. This is a full-time position, 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday 2 nd shift 2pm-11pm CST.

Description: Our client in the capital markets industry is looking to have a Product Server Admin join their Chicago team. This is a full-time position, 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday 2 nd shift 2pm-11pm CST.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- First-level incident identification and resolution techniques to address interruptions across Mainframe, UNIX, Windows and Network platforms
- Monitor multiple applications and systems
- Report and document any processing issues, maintain records and logs
- Escalate to second-level support as required per policy
- Perform mainframe IPL's and other system commands
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working with UNIX, UC4 Scheduler
- Experience with desktop skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Transmission protocols: SFTP/NDM
- zOS/390 JCL, IBM utilites
- Working knowledge of MobiBrio
- Experience working in a multi-platform environment
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 2pm - 11pm CST
