Job Details

Requirements:
  • 1 or more years of experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite products.
  • Experience with remote account access and password reset procedures.
  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving network connection issues.
  • Experience with installing and providing technical support for software applications.
  • Experience with local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer requests and generate tickets in the ITSM system.
  • Provide remote support for customer password and access issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and checklists.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher level technical support professionals.
  • Assist in the resolution of application and software problems.
  • Document all work performed, resolutions, and customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain central agency communications.
