Job Summary
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of an it product (application family), from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. Leading ideation, technical development, and launch of new it products. Establishing a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Managing application suite of 3-5 projects (stable mature products/applications) per year.
Required Job Qualifications: \n*\tBachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience. \n*\t3 years management experience\n*\tExperience in application development platforms and/or languages (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHCSC/Ruby/C#). \n*\tExperience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS). \n*\tExperience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).\n*\tExperience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).\n*\tExperience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.\n*\tExperience in knowledge of product-specific application architecture.\n*\tExperience in solution architecture.\n*\tAbility to tie together solutions across systems.\n* Application domain knowledge.\n*\tProgram and/or project management.\n*\tAbility to influence.\n*\tAbility to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.\n*\tAdaptability and/or ability to manage change.\n*\tCreative thinking.\n*\tLeadership -- Effectively leads teams & people.\n*\tProblem solving / analytical thinking.\n*\tTeamwork and collaboration.\n\nPreferred Job Qualifications: \n*\tBachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
