Manhattan WMS Technical Consultant / Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant
Location: Wilmer, TX 75172 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months


Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Manhattan WMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify root causes for recurring issues.

Must Have Skills:

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Manhattan WMS

Nice to Have Skills:

  • SQL

  • SLA / Stakeholder Management

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Provide Manhattan WMS technical and functional support.

  • Configure WMS system components and troubleshoot recurring issues (RCA, problem management).

  • Ensure SLA adherence and handle stakeholder communication effectively.

  • Manage warehouse operations processes and technical improvements.

Experience: 10+ years total experience with 4+ years in Manhattan WMS.
Certifications: Not required
Interview Process: Virtual (no face-to-face required)
