Job Description:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform
Develop batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Google Cloud Platform native services
Work closely with analytics, product, and data science teams to deliver high-quality data solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage
Develop and maintain data ingestion workflows from multiple sources (batch and streaming)
Write optimized SQL queries and manage large datasets in BigQuery
Use Python for data processing, transformation, and orchestration
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation frameworks
Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Collaborate on data modeling, schema design, and analytics enablement
Support CI/CD processes for data pipelines and cloud deployments

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GCS)
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow / Cloud Composer / similar)
Strong understanding of data warehousing and distributed data processing
Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have:
Exposure to streaming platforms (Kafka or Pub/Sub patterns)
Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
Cloud certification on Google Cloud Platform
