\n\nWhat You ll Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL
\n\n- Program & Optimize CNC Machines Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.
\n- Lead Through Knowledge Train, mentor, and support machinists to elevate production standards.
\n- Solve Complex Problems Analyze blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for maximum efficiency.
\n- Innovate for Efficiency Develop process layouts that improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase machining capabilities.
\n\nWhat We re Looking For
\nDegree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related field
\n2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)
\nMastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (CREO, SolidWorks a plus)
\nStrong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T)
\nU.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance)
