Job Description:
- Lead, manage, and provide strategic direction to program delivery teams across multiple methodologies.
- Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Work with business stakeholders to coordinate and deliver program goals.
- Assign resources and monitor initiative progress, risks, and deviations.
- Define and monitor program control points and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with VDOT/VITA policies, standards, and procedures.
- Guide Project Managers in organizational change, budget, risk management, and critical path analysis.
- Use and manage Microsoft Project Online (POL) and other project tools.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Kanban, and Waterfall practices.
- Collaborate with peers and subordinates to define program strategy and governance.
