Role: Product Owner/ Product Manager Chatbot Implementation
Location: Johnston, Rhode Island (hybrid monthly travel or more frequently based on the client ask)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Chatbot program at a regional US Bank
Key Requirements
- Deep knowledge in Chatbot implementations
- Proven experience in managing AI/chatbot or conversational interface products from concept to launch
- Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, bot framework, NLP, AI, and digital customer engagement tools is required
- Ability to analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate and enhance chatbot capabilities
- The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics.
- They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation.
- Experience in the financial services domain is a must
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
- Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
- Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories
Mandatory Skills:
- A strong background in Chatbot implementations within banking and fintech sectors, is required
- Proven track record for managing the entire lifecycle of different product implementations and product platform projects in the U.S. market,
- Deep awareness of the emerging trends in chatbot space in the financial services industry and their practical applications
- Hands-on experience with data reporting tools such as Tableau, At work, and Looker Studio is essential
- A working knowledge of Rally, Jira, SAFe Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, release planning and migration processes, and testing practices is also required.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation.
Desired/ Secondary skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or consumer technology sector.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
