Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Oracle WebCenter Content Developer with strong expertise in Oracle WebCenter Content, Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition, and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture).
The ideal candidate will provide technical support, development, and enhancements to content management applications, working closely with business users and Oracle support teams. This role requires minimal supervision and involves participation in change management activities, service delivery, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical development and support for Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent).
Support and customize Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture).
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create detailed specifications.
Complete all Change Management and SOX compliance tasks.
Apply project management methodologies and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
Continuously enhance knowledge of Oracle ECM solutions and apply it to deliver effective business solutions.
Track deliverables and provide reporting to management.
Required Skills
5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent), including RIDC.
2 3 years experience with WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts (taxonomies, metadata, workflows, security, records management, search).
Experience migrating content from legacy repositories to Oracle WebCenter Content.
Strong SQL skills with solid knowledge of Oracle Database.
Desired Skills
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL.
Exposure to Elasticsearch.
Experience integrating Oracle WebCenter Content with business applications.
Experience developing custom UIs for WebCenter Content.
System administration skills for Linux environments.
