RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Systems & Cyber Security Manager in Bradford, PA. This client offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and a supportive culture of growth and learning. Scope & Responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes
* Administer and maintain the organization's network, ensuring daily availability
* Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions
* Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and new applications
* Develop and implement cyber security strategies
* Conduct security audits and risk assessments
* Manage response plans for security incidents
* Lead and mentor a team of network and security professionals
* Coordinate with departments to meet network and security needs
* Develop and enforce network and security policies
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Provide training on network security best practices
* Evaluate new technologies to optimize network efficiency
* Manage system backups, new solutions, and software upgrades
* Analyze data processing requirements and recommend upgrades
* Design, build, and maintain databases
* Partner with department managers to automate processes
* Make recommendations on device purchasing and negotiate contracts
* Prepare annual budgets for hardware, software, and employee compensation
* Guide and mentor team members for professional development
* Handle staffing matters and conduct performance reviews
* Communicate with leadership on project success and employee relations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
* 7-10 years of technical experience in network management and cyber security
* 3+ years of managerial experience
* Experience with hardware and software programs
* Knowledge of department processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Formal leadership and Root Cause Analysis training
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Effective team player with strong communication skills
* Excellent understanding of server infrastructure and networking concepts
* Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and use independent judgment
* Physical demands include seeing, speaking, hearing, sitting, walking, standing, writing, driving, and lifting up to 35 pounds
* Occasional travel may be required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
