Platform Solution Architect - ServiceNow CSM/ITSM

Location: Irving, TX - onsite

Contract

We re looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM transformation. The role involves designing scalable, value-driven solutions, leading architecture across transition and transformation phases, and collaborating with global teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years in ServiceNow ITSM/CSM configuration and service integration.

  • Strong background in solution design, stakeholder management, and pre-sales support.

  • Familiarity with OCM, SACM, and other modules like HRSD or Security Ops.

  • Experience in enterprise consulting, cost modeling, and SLA-driven architecture.
