Note: if Client need onsite, Candidate should be ready to go without any Travel Expenses to Washington DC.

Ideal Candidate will be with: Full stack (Front End & Backend(C#+Python)), AWS Cloud, Oauth 2 Authentications, And Migrations from Legacy ASP.net Webforms to ASP.Net MVC along with AWS Certified Developer Certification & Federal Experience Preferred

The IT Developer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure efficient development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications. The role involves:

• Collaborating with development teams
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Implementing solutions to optimize application performance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Application/backend development with: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, CSS
• Experience with: Cloud (AWS), SQL, GitHub Enterprise
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Perl
• Web services development: MVC, WCF, Web APIs
• UI development: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Node.js, Chart.js, Bootstrap, Ajax
• SQL proficiency including: Stored Procedures, Functions, Performance Tuning
• ASP.NET Core, including: MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, Middleware, Dependency Injection, Security, Razor Syntax
• jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling
• Responsive web development using Bootstrap (components, theming with CSS/SASS)

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field

• Run/monitor software performance tests
• Administer test results, identify & solve problems
• Install/upgrade software products
• Write programming scripts to enhance web applications

• Design/deploy/maintain deployment scripts and artifact repositories
• Automate routine tasks like code formatting, testing, linting
