Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience, specifically using Ab Initio.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle.
- Prior experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data analytics.
- Ability to adapt in environments with strict approval processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.
- Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
- Prior work experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and trend-based analytics.
- Understanding of customer behavior analysis systems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using Ab Initio.
- Work with Oracle GoldenGate and other tools for data replication and real-time streaming.
- Support ongoing efforts to analyze customer behavior and usage patterns through large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements and implement end-to-end data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
- Monitor ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
