Role: Developer AV Technician

Location: TCS Atlanta, GA
Start Date: June 30, 2025

Experience Required: 6 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment (microphones, projectors, speakers, smart boards, etc.).
• Provide real-time AV support for live meetings, webinars, and corporate events.
• Troubleshoot AV-related hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support and manage video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
• Maintain AV equipment inventory; coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Manage AV room scheduling and readiness.
• Collaborate with IT/Facilities on AV system installations and upgrades.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolution steps.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar support role.
• Familiarity with AV tools and systems such as Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Poly, Shure, Neat.
• Knowledge of IP-based AV systems and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible availability for early morning or evening events.

Technical Competencies:

• Digital: Robotic Process Automation BluePrism
• Digital: Kubernetes (Not directly AV-related; possibly part of broader team responsibilities)

Desirable Skills:

• Strong background in troubleshooting AV hardware/software and system integration
• Comfort working in conference/training environments and corporate settings
