Role: Salesforce Business System Analyst
Remote: Yes, CST time Zone
Job type: C2H - 6 months of contract
Required Skills:
· Provide technical and functional expertise for Salesforce initiatives, supporting end-to-end project delivery.
· Lead Salesforce enhancements in a hands-on capacity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using formal Business Analysis methodologies.
· Plan, design, and support the development of efficient business and operational systems to enhance core organizational processes.
· Produce comprehensive functional and technical specifications, detailing user requirements, system functionality, and program modification steps.
· Analyze existing system capabilities, workflows, and constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes or enhancements.
· Evaluate and recommend improvements to information processing systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and workflow optimization.
· Assess the impact of corporate initiatives, goals, and strategic vision on existing applications and recommend optimization strategies.
· Analyze user requirements, procedures, and operational challenges to automate processes and improve system performance.
· Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to understand data inputs, outputs, reporting formats, and operational workflows.
· Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design documents, data models, and business case documentation.
· Prepare, execute, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, ensuring proper validation and documentation.
· Ensure continuous end-user involvement throughout analysis, development, and implementation phases.
· Partner with Project Managers to track project plans, communicate status, identify risks, and obtain scope sign-off.
· Support Salesforce Health Cloud, including implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing system support.
· Assist developers with complex datasets, advanced queries, reports, and business process logic.
· Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation.
· Support conversion and software implementation planning, including coordination of change control requests and release schedules across environments (Development, UAT, Production).
· Coordinate projects from development through implementation with IT teams, business users, vendors, and consultants.
· Provide research, analysis, and solution recommendations to support operational and strategic initiatives.
· Develop, update, and deliver training materials and training schedules, ensuring all impacted stakeholders are informed.
· Train or assist IT staff and end users during system conversions, implementations, or enhancements.
· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards, including safeguarding system credentials.
· Promptly report and escalate IT security incidents in accordance with Information Security Incident Management policies.
