Program Manager Enterprise Planning Tool Implementation

 

  • As a Program Manager for Enterprise Planning Tool Implementation, you will support the orchestration of a multi-phase rollout of a strategic enterprise platform that connects long-range strategy to quarterly execution. This role is critical in enabling planning, prioritization, and delivery alignment across product, tech, and business teams through an enterprise-grade planning solution.
  • You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of the enterprise tool, managing timelines, change management efforts, cross-functional coordination across workstreams, and coordinating scaling adoption across various pyramids. You'll work closely with Enterprise Product, Product, Tech, UX, Product Ops, and the tooling Vendor to ensure successful execution and sustained value delivery.

 

What You ll Do

Program Ownership & Delivery

  • Support an and manage the enterprise implementation program plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are met.
  • Coordinate work across cross-functional teams to ensure successful tool configuration, pilot rollout, and full deployment in support of our organizational goals
  • Maintain strong program governance track risks, dependencies, timelines, and decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a central point of coordination between product, engineering, PMO, strategy, and pyramid leadership teams.
  • Facilitate planning and alignment forums to gather input and drive engagement from senior leaders and planning teams, in addition to facilitating weekly alignment sessions
  • Partner with change management teams to design communication, training, and enablement strategies for users.

 

Tool & Process Integration

Ensure the planning tool is configured to support multiple planning cadences & focuses:

  • 3-Year Strategic Planning
  • Annual Objective Setting
  • Quarterly Prioritization & Execution
  • Value Measurement and Accountability
  • Cross-Team Alignment and Visibility
  • Support integration with related systems (e.g., Jira) as needed.

Adoption & Success Measurement

  • Develop rollout artifacts to track adoption, usage, and user feedback.
  • Lead retrospectives and implement feedback loops to evolve rollout plans and improve future phases.
  • Champion data quality and standardization efforts to support effective use of the platform with our pyramid partners

 

About You

 

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional enterprise technology rollouts
  • Demonstrated success implementing enterprise tools in a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of strategic and operational planning processes, including OKRs, initiative tracking, and governance workflows
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executives
  • Able to work across business and technical domains with comfort in ambiguity and shifting priorities

 

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with tools like Jira Align, Aha!, WorkBoard, Planview, or Craft.io
  • Familiarity with product operating models, value hierarchies, or enterprise portfolio management
  • Formal project/program certification (e.g., PMP, Agile PM)
