The team is looking for an IT support professional to provide front-line technical assistance and maintain smooth IT operations across multiple locations. Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and support (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
Comfortable managing service tickets and prioritizing work in a structured environment
Clear communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience supporting VPN access and wireless connectivity
Familiarity with imaging tools and device deployment workflows
Understanding of software installation best practices and IT asset management
Ability to support office hardware like printers, scanners, and conferencing equipment
