Description
We are looking for an ERP Product Owner to oversee the implementation and management of D365 Business Central. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate across departments to drive business outcomes while ensuring the system aligns with organizational needs. Candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 Business Central, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements.
Manage the integration of ERP modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs for system upgrades and improvements.
Provide hands-on support for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Drive change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during system updates.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all ERP-related activities.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance user understanding and efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and analyses to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation and maintenance.
Proficiency in D365 Business Central, with knowledge of specific modules preferred for senior-level candidates.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
Familiarity with change management processes and business requirement documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and training purposes.
Ability to work onsite at least 50% of the time for local candidates; regional candidates must be willing to travel as needed.
A growth-oriented mindset with a curiosity for learning and improving systems.
Experience with tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, or ABAP is a plus.
