Job Description:

We are seeking three highly skilled Endur Developers for an exclusive onsite-only contract role in Houston, TX. These are straight contract positions (C2C only) with no potential for conversion, working with a leading energy trading client.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Endur development experience and must be strong communicators, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Experience:

• Recent hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur (modern versions).
• Minimum 5 years of Endur development in an energy trading environment.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of key Endur modules:
  1. Trading & Deal Capture
  2. Risk Management
  3. Scheduling & Logistics
  4. Settlements & Accounting
  5. Reporting & Analytics
  6. Configuration & Customization Tools
  7. Operations & Workflow Automation
  8. Market Data Management

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of JVS, AVS, Open Components (OC) and Endur customization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, and understanding of the Endur data model.
• Experience integrating Endur with external systems and managing complex workflow automations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and interact with business users and other development teams.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working onsite full-time (no hybrid or remote options).
