Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Corvallis, OR that is seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting tool build and maintenance projects by tracking resources, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficient workflow across test and operations environments. This role works closely with engineers and technicians, applying developed expertise to solve complex process and maintenance issues, and driving improvements in uptime, documentation, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Organize and track tool build and support activities across multiple teams and projects
* Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
* Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
* Assist engineers and technicians with intermediate-level electromechanical technology and software issues
* Utilize PLC/controls experience to support troubleshooting and process automation
* Independently perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and provide hands-on support for equipment and process reliability
* Solve complex process and maintenance issues in test and operations environments
* Provide troubleshooting, testing, and root cause analysis for equipment and processes
* Write and modify software and PLC code as needed to enhance tool performance
* Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment
* Maintain calibration schedules and records for equipment and tools
* Recommend solutions, specifications, and workflow improvements to drive efficiency
* Contribute to the creation and upkeep of documentation and performance metrics
* Identify and implement best practices for process optimization
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, maintenance activities, and workflow changes
* Track and report key metrics related to uptime, performance, and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting test and operations environments
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
* Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for operational excellence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
