Immediate need for a talented Finance Data Quality/Data Quality. This is a 18+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $65 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Data Quality decks for regional forums, and global reporting needs.
  • Prepare Data Quality report slides for CFIN MT project for PMO team through hyper care.
  • Prepare Data Quality summary slides for global senior leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate with Data Enablement team on new report requests.
  • Schedule Data Quality regional forum meetings & manage the calendar; requires coordination with various stakeholders and clear communications.
  • Support the transition from excel to Service Management tracking for Data Quality sustainability items.
  • Coordinate with Service Management partner, to ensure system changes/updates needed are completed for error handling tickets (ensures accurate Data Quality reporting).
  • Reconcile Data Quality Roadmap list (in flight new monitoring checks) vs One Note of DQ monitoring checks, identify anything missing from the One Note list.
  • Update Data Quality Operating Model slides as needed (i.e. update summary monitoring checks & RACI slides).
  • Ensure all onboarding materials for new Data Quality monitoring checks are received and added to the Data Quality public SharePoint site .
  • Coordinate with IT team to get status updates on monitoring report changes, new report requests.
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support Data Quality team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: MUST-Visualization skills to create/update presentation slides.
  • MUST-Basic Tableau access existing dashboard, export to PowerPoint slide (or willingness to learn).
  • MUST pharmaceutical companies in current/previous work assignments.
  • Contributes to the Finance Data Quality (DQ) team operations and reporting goals, under general supervision.
  • Primarily responsible to create various DQ reports utilized for regional forums, global leadership updates, and ad hoc DQ reporting needs.
  • Review existing DQ report visualizations and make recommended updates to drive improvements in the data-based story telling Gathers required inputs and prepares the DQ reports timely.
  • Organized and able to manage various tasks to meet deadlines .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Attention to detail .
  • Ability to work independently, and with minimal coaching.
  • MS Office suite (Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook).
  • Visualization skills to create/update presentation slides.
  • Basic Tableau access existing dashboard, export to PowerPoint slide (or willingness to learn).
  • Service Management ticketing system (or willingness to learn).
  • Tableau make minor design changes, publish refreshed data source .
  • Organized and able to manage various tasks to meet deadlines .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
