Job Description::

Cloud Engineer - 4-5 years Azure has been around 10-12 years, some one that has been there done that, proficient with Bicep coding, Infrastructure as a Code. The arm template was a predecessor. CLI and transition over to Bicep. Compute, storage, network, Security. DevOps.

Day to day and expectation in the first 3 months: Azure Cloud engineer requirements for contingent - --Required: 4-5 years of experience ----On all aspects of Azure infrastructure including Compute, Azure Policy, IAM. --Required: Proficiency with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) consider ARM Templates (JSON)/CLI, Powershell --Preferred: DevOps pipelines experience (CI/CD)

New/Replacement - Reason --Replacement for a MSP Wins in the role/Growth opportunities --Plenty of opportunities to contribute to cloud automation, Networking, Storage, Security, preferably Bicep, willing to standardization with IaC and best practices to bring into the NICO cloud adoption journey. There are currently dedicated technical work streams building a technically robust cloud platform. --It could be a challenge as we equally prioritize both speed best engineers champion our pace.

Size of the team --Reports to Prakash 2 RFT and 2 MSPs.

3 most important skills --Azure infrastructure including Compute, Networking, IAM --IaC (Infrastructure as Code) preferably Bicep --DevOps pipelines experience (CI/CD) Work Environment Remote / Hybrid / Office --Hybrid (for NICO employees)
