Overview
Our client is seeking a consumer-centric, data-driven Marketing Analyst, Healthcare to join our exciting and fast-paced team. The Marketing Analyst will develop and evaluate customer forecasts across healthcare categories, provide regular reporting views to track marketing performance and update multiple stakeholder groups, support development of marketing performance analyses and ideas to grow healthcare retail categories for multiple leadership reviews, go deep utilizing performance data to make recommendations, analyze actions and purchases our campaigns are driving, and help marketing team to understand and control the inputs driving the outputs of their marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Partner with marketing science and finance teams to develop and evaluate healthcare retail customer forecasts including customer acquisition, churn and reactivation.
Produce regular reporting views to track performance and update multiple stakeholder groups.
Analyze performance of healthcare category marketing campaigns and initiatives, looking at range of metrics and KPIs based on channel and campaign objectives.
Conduct deep dive marketing channel performance analysis including Email and Direct Mail efforts.
Produce written summaries of marketing performance and customer forecasts for leadership planning and performance reports including two annual reports to be reviewed by Csuite in the fall.
Support and lead data discrepancy conversations, aligning different teams to one source of truth for marketing and customer data.
Lead healthcare marketing Tableau dashboard strategies based on Marketing needs and support dashboard development with marketing science team.
Manage development of analysis on impact of Upper and Mid funnel marketing initiatives on conversion and business performance for pharmacy business.
Support marketing audits on campaign performance and analysis of historical customer and business trends across multiple healthcare categories, identifying trends and proactively suggesting marketing opportunities that will improve business performance.
Partner with media planning and marketing science team to design structured tests (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to prove or disprove testing hypotheses derived from exploratory analysis and ongoing performance trends.
Juggle multiple projects (including ad hoc asks) and prioritize time while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytical role or Ecomm analytics role, with expertise in web and app analytics environments and tools either at agency or client side.
Hands-on analytical background with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large data sets.
Demonstrated channel expertise and understanding of digital marketing ecosystem.
Proficiency in ongoing structured testing and analysis of channel interplay and incrementality, and roadmap management.
Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
Strong examples of ownership of written updates that blend performance data exports with strategic insight to drive media optimization.
Ability to adapt to real-time data inputs and information and prioritize according to business impact.
An attitude that strives to deliver constant improvements to marketing campaigns.
Proven collaboration across all levels of the organization.
