responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day business operations and program management functions for a large organization.
  • Oversee budget management, including financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Lead and support employee experience initiatives such as onboarding, training, and morale-building events.
  • Facilitate executive-level reporting and support leadership team activities.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams to align on organizational priorities.


qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a fast-paced program management or business operations role.
  • Strong background in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience in supporting senior leadership and executive offices.
  • Must be available to work a hybrid schedule, with some onsite presence required in the Redmond, WA area, and available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
