Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and extend CRM systems to meet business needs.
- Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Integrate CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- CRM Certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification).
