Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba SSC (Shared Services Center) Lead to oversee the implementation, integration, and operational support of SAP Ariba solutions within a shared services environment. This role will be responsible for driving process standardization, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and leading a team to deliver efficient and scalable procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, deployment, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across the SSC.
Coordinate with global and regional teams to align procurement processes and system configurations.
Manage day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and suppliers to optimize Ariba functionality.
Provide leadership and guidance to SSC team members and support training efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying, Invoicing, or Supplier Lifecycle).
Strong understanding of shared services operations and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and global implementations.
SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
