RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Inventory Specialist in Cerritos, CA.

Summary:
The TIS Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the TIS Department related to receiving, storing and deployment of devices, equipment, supplies and all other items maintained by the TIS Department. The TIS Inventory Specialist will work in conjunction with the Procurement Specialist and Operations team to ensure accurate stock levels are kept at all times, inventory records are kept up to date and accurate and ensuring the correct items are deployed to the correct locations.

Responsibilities include the following:
* Tracking Inventory Maintenance
* Receiving Incoming Shipments
* Order Verification
* Conducting Regular Inventory Audits
* Controlling Equipment Flows
* Compiling Inventory Reports
* Forecasting Future Inventory Needs
* Strict adherence to deadlines
* Any other duties as assigned

The Procurement and Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets within the organization.

Responsibilities include the following:
* Procurement of IT equipment utilizing ERP system
* Research suppliers and direct the sourcing process
* Assists the technology leadership in negotiating contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements while remaining cost-conscious
* Maintains good working relationships with vendors
* Follow policies for efficient and fair procurement practices
* Collaborate with team to meet IT equipment needs, including procuring and deploying IT equipment needed for integrations
* Demonstrates technical writing, good presentation abilities, and analytical skills
* Uphold an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
* Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
* Coordination with the Clinical and Technology teams to plan for IT equipment needs
* Comply with all HIPPA and Company Security guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is strongly preferred
* 3+ years of experience in purchasing and supply chain procurement, demonstrating a solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
* Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required, with a preference for experience using Basware
* Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to manipulate data, create complex formulas, and generate detailed reports
* Proven track record as a strong team player, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent research abilities, with a commitment to achieving logical, well-documented analyses and conclusions to support decision-making processes
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Qualifications for Inventory Specialist:
* Associates degree or higher; Or one to three years related experience and/or training; Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills:
* To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Athena software; Various Software used by IT; Microsoft Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
