Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.
They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a " Financial Analyst(Mid-level) . This role will be based out of Atlanta, GA is Hybride onsite
Duties
- Create Infrastructure / Buildout around HR, Finance and Procurement Wave Initiatives
- Communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially), and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking
- Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis
- Strong excel and modeling skills / knowledge of financial systems
- Analytical skills. Critical thinking
- Other duties as assigned
- Prefer 3-5 years experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Responsibilities will evolve as training progresses. Initial training focuses on:
- Understanding and tracking "wave initiatives "
- Implementing tracking mechanisms for initiatives and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Managing cost tracking, including cost savings and Ariba invoice tracking
- Month-end close processes: Reviewing financials, identifying items for correction, research, and reclassifications
- Monthly reporting during the 4th week of each month
- Budget Management:
- Assisting with the 2025 budget, including maintaining budget templates in Google
- Tracking budget changes, ensuring data accuracy, and managing ad-hoc requests as needed

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. MUST at least have the minimal GP requirements HS diploma or GED.
Onsite Schedule: Initially onsite to get up to speed, transitioning to a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote (remote days preferred on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Interview Process: Screening call, followed by an onsite panel interview.
Team Structure: Team size: 2 full-time employees plus 1 contractor.
Systems & Resources Used: Primary Systems: Ariba, Hyperion, Google
Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle is a plus but not required.
Reporting Structure & Departmental Support: Department Supported: Corporate Support, specifically for the Transformation Office, Finance, Accounting, and HR.
Remote Flexibility for Holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks may offer full remote work options.
