Role: Information Security Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Remote

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to support the Director of InfoSec in leading cybersecurity and IT modernization projects, including compliance alignment, MXDR modernization, and ISO audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple InfoSec and IT security projects from planning to execution.

  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using ServiceNow, Planner, or Smartsheet.

  • Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams (IT, Legal, Operations).

  • Prepare status reports and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.

  • Support ISO and client audit readiness activities.

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT or InfoSec projects.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in regulated environments (legal, financial, or healthcare).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with law firms or professional services.

  • Knowledge of audit frameworks and vendor risk management.
