Location: Hybrid Must be located near a Grant Thornton office () Key Responsibilities Integration Leadership & Strategy

Lead integration of new entities into Oracle HCM, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise systems (payroll, benefits, finance, Snowflake, Active Directory, etc.).

Monitor and maintain data flow accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Manage role-based access controls, data privacy settings, and audit protocols.

Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Develop and maintain a robust access control framework and perform segregation of duties (SOD) analyses.

Safeguard HR data through privacy configurations and audit readiness.
-
Establish and enforce governance standards for Oracle HCM usage.

Implement change management protocols, data stewardship practices, and configuration guidelines.
-
Configure automations for data archiving and purging in line with jurisdictional data retention requirements.

Proactively identify and resolve integration or security vulnerabilities.
-
Maintain business continuity through strong risk management practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to support integrations, validations, and compliance with ISQM, ISO, and GDPR standards.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
-
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs)
-
Experience integrating with enterprise systems (payroll, benefits, finance, identity management)

Previous management or team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of global data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)

Experience with role-based access controls, audit protocols, and compliance frameworks

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in complex environments

Experience with governance frameworks and data stewardship

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented and committed to data integrity

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Unix scripting for middleware integrations

Experience in design and build enablement
