Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead small to medium-sized IT projects that support business goals and software application initiatives. Working under minimal guidance, this role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with enterprise methodologies and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit managers and project sponsors to define project scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines. 
- Support IT initiatives and business segment goals through effective project management execution. 
- Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, proactively identifying risks and implementing change controls. 
- Monitor project performance, communicate status updates, and ensure alignment with business priorities. 
- Manage resources effectively and maintain clear communication among all team members and stakeholders. 
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. 
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 
- 5 7+ years of project management experience. 
- Minimum of 2 years managing projects using Agile methodologies. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel, and related PM tools. 
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex, matrixed environments. 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification from an accredited institution. 
- PMP or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
