Description
As a skilled Desktop Support Analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless technical support for both on-site and remote users. This position offers the opportunity to resolve diverse technical issues, contribute to system improvement, and enhance user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for Windows 10/11 operating systems and Office 365 accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems and organizational system access issues.
Manage password resets through Azure Active Directory and other internal platforms.
Coordinate the procurement and setup of new peripherals and equipment, including laptops, monitors, and keyboards.
Offer technical assistance both in-person and remotely, addressing user concerns from various locations.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions using the Avanti ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved problems to team leads or managers when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a high-resolution rate for technical support inquiries.
Ensure efficient configuration and management of computer hardware and related technologies.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in desktop support or a related technical role.
Proficiency in Active Directory, including Azure Active Directory for password management.
Strong knowledge of Android, Apple, and Dell devices.
Familiarity with configuration management and backup technologies.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
Ability to provide effective support for remote users and on-site staff.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
