Role: M&A Integration Lead
Location: Remote (with potential travel once per month to Dallas, Denver, or Chicago offices)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Lead to drive post-merger integration initiatives across its portfolio of acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting background and hands-on experience leading integration programs for mid-sized or PE-backed organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for Riveron's acquisitions
  • Drive integration planning, execution, and cutover activities across business functions
  • Partner with leadership to ensure operational alignment and timely execution
  • Provide oversight, reporting, and risk tracking across integration workstreams

Required Experience:

  • 8 12+ years in M&A integration, divestitures, or transformation programs
  • Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or Accenture (M&A practice preferred)
  • Proven success leading integration initiatives for PE-backed or mid-market firms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities
