Job Details
- Seeking an individual to assist with imaging, set up, and deployment for a PC/Laptop telework
- deployment and Active Directory upgrade throughout the Department of Human Assistance.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 application support
- Knowledge of migrating computers between Active Directory domains
- Ability to operate maintain and perform repairs on personal computers and peripherals
- Experience with imaging software
- 2nd level help desk support
- Ability to lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
- Valid California Driver's License, Class C
Candidates that can be available for an interview anticipated the week of September 8th. Virtual interview will not be accepted. This position will be 100% on-site in Rancho Cordova, California.
