Job Details
- Level II – More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer.
- Level II – More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM/Case Management, etc.
- Level II – More than three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC as needed to automate business and case management processes.
- At least six (6) months of experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- One (1) year of experience with Salesforce data models and security models.
- Six (6) months of experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
- Six (6) months of experience configuring case management solutions for the public sector.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
