Description:
Job Title: Application Support Analyst - Iii
Location: Irving, TX
Contract
Hands on experience on SAP SD/IM/LE module: (2+ years ) specialization on supporting SD/ IM/ LE processes. b. Should have hands on experience on supporting in production environment including, order creating through interfacing systems, Idoc monitoring and error analysis, outputs, query building, table look up, serialization, goods movements, Delivery monitoring and Reconciliation etc. c. Should have experience reading, editing functional spec documents, testing processes end to end. d. Should have hand on experience on working with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup. e. Should have exposure developing of new reports with various options of uploading /down loading like workstation down load, logical destination, FTP, EDI etc. f. Should have experience on monitoring tools, JIRA and other defects managements tools.
