Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect with deep expertise in Data Automation, ETL Automation, Data Migration, and advanced Python-based architecture design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions that streamline data pipelines, optimize data migration strategies, and ensure reliability, security, and performance across data infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-level data transformation initiatives and automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of robust data automation frameworks and pipelines.
- Architect and implement scalable ETL automation processes using modern tools and Python-based solutions.
- Drive end-to-end data migration initiatives across heterogeneous systems (e.g., legacy to cloud, on-prem to cloud).
- Develop reusable Python modules for data processing, orchestration, and automation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, DevOps, and Solution Architects to integrate automation strategies into broader data architecture.
- Optimize data flow and ETL performance using best practices in orchestration and scheduling tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
- Establish automation standards, reusable templates, and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee data integrity, lineage, and auditing mechanisms in automated workflows.
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools, cloud platforms, and libraries suitable for enterprise-scale workloads.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards in all automation processes.
