We are looking for Senior Salesforce Consultant for our client in Woodland Hills, CA
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant
Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or play a major role in Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Clouds.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Partner with senior Salesforce architects, enterprise architecture teams, and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering, including EPICs, features, and user stories using tracking tools.
  • Prepare detailed requirement and solution design documentation, including gap analysis, use cases, and scope documents.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for development, configuration, and testing throughout build and deployment phases.
  • Facilitate design brainstorming and requirements clarification sessions across multiple locations.
  • Participate in the Scrum of Scrums model for large Salesforce programs.
  • Build prototype configurations in Salesforce during the design phase.
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with CRM roadmaps and Salesforce best practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience in handling large enterprise programs and working with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Ability to coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
  • Flexibility for calls scheduled outside standard business hours.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with EPICs, features, and user story documentation.
  • Proficiency with requirement and issue-tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce code optimization is beneficial.
Experience:
  • Eight or more years of overall IT experience, including at least five years in Salesforce.
  • Experience across several Salesforce implementations in Sales, Service, Experience, Health, or Data Clouds.
  • Experience in healthcare payer business within sales processes.
  • Experience in CRM roadmap planning, architectural design, and Force.com implementations.
  • Experience coordinating with distributed teams.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience in code-level re-engineering or optimization.
  • Exposure to custom application development on the platform.
