Job Description
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
- Manage day-to-day S2P and Treasury operational aspects of projects to ensure project documents are complete, current, and signed-off by all stakeholders.
- Establishes proper communication channels with various business functions and responds appropriately to all business concerns.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, schedule and quality measures.
- Provides on-site management, functional, and technical expertise toward meeting project deliverables.
- Recognizes possible solutions to business problems and selects the most appropriate solution.
- Challenges current business practices and proposed solutions to ensure the best alternative is being selected.
- Engages with global business process owners to define business requirements, draft test cases and cut-over activities.
Technical / Soft Skills
- Bachelor s and master s degree in project management, Management, Technology, Communication, Business, Computer Science, Leadership, Technical, Engineering, Education
- At least 3 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud
- Minimum of 7-10 years Oracle consulting experience
- Minimum of 5 full cycle implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5x/R12
- ERP implementation experience, on projects with several boundary systems ( Mapics experience preferred) .
- Support Production environments and lead production support team for supporting tickets, code fixes while maintaining SLA s
- Develop Technical and functional designs and provide functional documents based on business requirements.
- Solution delivery activities including the analysis, design, development, unit testing for all production and development environments.
- Exercise scope management/control respecting the client, team, and partners.
- Leading the full project lifecycle including transition into support
- Involvement in pre-sales activities
- Proven understanding of the core EBusiness Suite modules Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
- As a team builder, the skills to be able to get the best from the team resource, which may be spread over many projects.
- Accountable for delivering new capabilities that drive business results on medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex IT projects and/or programs from initialization through project close
