Job Description
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience working on Capital projects involving the implementation of full project life cycle methodologies
Minimum 3 years of experience managing project budgets
Proven ability to manage medium-sized projects or components of larger projects
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, resource forecasting, and risk management
Demonstrated experience ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope
Knowledge of organizational change management processes (training, adoption, and implementation planning)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and senior management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Familiarity with SDLC, domain standards, and Kaiser Permanente (or similar organizational) policies

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
4-5 years of Project Management experience
IT Project Management experience within Capital Construction environments
PMP certification (preferred, not required)
Experience with capital project financial management and reporting
Ability to promote project vision and objectives effectively to diverse teams

Other Information:
Location: Client location Medical Center (Partially Remote - must be within 20-30 miles)
Onsite Requirement: Expected onsite a few times per month
Parking: Free public parking available
Dress Code: Business formal (different attire required for construction site walks)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Travel: None, other than regular onsite visits
Work Environment: Not in a patient access building more than 50% of the time
Interview Process: Panel interview
Notes: This position is part of a Capital Project - IT Project Management experience related to Capital Construction is essential
