RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Program Manager II to join their team. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, PST or CST hours preferred.
Summary:
In this role, you will be driving efficiency, scalability, and clarity through process design, innovative technology (including AI), and program execution. This role reports directly to the Global Director of Employment Legal.
Duties:
* Develop and manage our legal intake system, including piloting AI solutions
* Create and maintain the team's landing page as the central hub for AI-powered resources
* Coordinate the development of team training content
* Run team operations: meetings, offsites, goal-tracking, and administrative processes
* Create automated processes to streamline matter management
* Design repeatable processes and frameworks to make our work more efficient
* Build dashboards and track metrics to spot trends and drive improvements
* Partner closely with our attorneys, paralegal, and People and Places to support key initiatives
* Assist with development of knowledge and template library
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree not required, some college experience preferred
* 4+ years of program management, legal operations, or related experience (experience working in an in-house legal team is a plus)
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Comfort with technology and experience using AI or legal tech tools
* Clear communicator who can create concise, actionable training and resources
* Able to balance multiple priorities while keeping the team aligned and on track
* Strong ethical judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
