We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead a post-ERP implementation initiative for our client.
This role is critical in stabilizing and optimizing the Chart of Accounts (COA), budget loading processes, and AP workflow. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and analytical thinker with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and hybrid delivery models. This job is primarily remote with occasional travel to the New York Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client-Facing Leadership
* Act as the primary onshore liaison with stakeholders.
* Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed business requirements.
* Build strong relationships with client finance and IT teams.
* Scope & Process Analysis
* Investigate and refine project scope in collaboration with Tandym's delivery leadership.
* Conduct diagnostics on COA structures and budget loading workflows.
* Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
* Cross-Team Coordination
* Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables.
* Facilitate communication between client and delivery teams.
* Provide weekly status updates and participate in checkpoint meetings.
* Documentation & Enablement
* Draft remediation plans and stability roadmaps.
* Support development of training materials and reporting tools.
* Assist in delivering training to empower client teams.
Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or financial systems projects.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, COA structures, and budget loading.
* Experience working in hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with TM1 budget extraction and Oracle data integration.
* Familiarity with AP workflow automation and cross-validation rules.
* Prior consulting experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
