Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our cloud engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure-based cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure design, deployment, and migration, and will work closely with data engineering teams to support large-scale data

platforms. Experience in the healthcare domain and Azure certifications are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Azure infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead Azure infrastructure migration and modernization projects.
  • Configure and manage Azure services including Virtual Networks, VNets, NSGs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Key Vault.
  • Support and optimize infrastructure for Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake Storage environments.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies across Azure environments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Required Qualifications: -

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure services and cloud migration projects.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or terraform.
  • Experience supporting Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and ADLS from an infrastructure perspective.
  • Solid understanding of networking, identity and access management, and security best practices in Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain with understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.
