Job Information
We are seeking a Cloud Automation Engineer to support our world-class computing infrastructure. This is an important role for our business and presents an opportunity to implement and optimize the latest hardware and software solutions.
Key Job Functions
Implement and support infrastructure solutions in sophisticated, high-performance trading environments that demand stability, tremendous throughput, and low latency.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud architecture and supporting systems deployment, configuration management and application installations within the AWS and Azure core services.
Serve as senior technical resource in development team s efforts to determine the needs of the business that will simplify and automate the applications and services as well make them more efficient.
Participate in researching solutions to various business and technical problems; evaluate alternatives; and provide recommendations.
AWS Network Automation VPCs, subnets, and routing tables, etc.
AI working concept & knowledge using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools as needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Github, etc.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 7 years of related IT engineering experience
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Experience in AWS Cloud platform and its features which includes EC2, VPC, EBS, AMI, SNS, RDS, EBS, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Cloud-Formation AWS Configuration, Autos calling, CloudFront, IAM, S3.
AWS Workspaces Implementation to include 300+ VDIs.
Knowledge and production experience in designing, deploying, and administering complex cloud applications.
Simplify Core Network Services Management to allow centralized and automatic management DNS, DHCP, & Active Directory
Strong experience as a Cloud Architect working with Microsoft Azure and AWS with different security concerns.
Experience implementing different authentication methods, such as Single Sign-On via Active Directory, two-factor authentication Azure AD, SAML and OAuth 2.0
The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of current Windows/ Linux containerization to include Fargate, Kubernetes, etc.
Design, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows 2019/2022 operating systems.
Strong working knowledge in Office365 and its related online products (e.g. Co-Pilot, SharePoint, Exchange, PowerBi, Power Automate)
Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both open sources licensed and Commercial-off-the-Shelf software tools.
Experience creating cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Cloud-Formation
Ability to perform defect root cause analysis and provide resolution.
Ability to use a variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.
Automation using scripting technologies to include experience with python, PowerShell, ruby, and Lambada.
Also possess strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPO management experience.
Ability to work independently with some guidance from supervisor/manager.
Excellent user interface / interpersonal / written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills; Able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment
